Overview

This project focused on ongoing website maintenance and content operations. The clinic team regularly requested updates such as monthly popups, promotions, image swaps, page edits, and promo codes. My role was to keep the website current, polished, and conversion-ready while coordinating directly with stakeholders.

What I did

  • Frequent content updates and page edits requested by the clinic team.
  • Monthly popup updates and promotional changes.
  • Added promo codes and adjusted sales/campaign content.
  • Managed media updates: image optimization, replacements, consistency checks.
  • Ongoing maintenance and QA to ensure changes were accurate and responsive.

Goals

  • Keep marketing content updated without breaking layout or UX.
  • Maintain a clean and trustworthy user experience.
  • Enable fast turnaround on promos and changes.
